“Quisque iaculis facilisis lacinia. Mauris euismod pellentesque tellus sit amet mollis.”
“My time in the group has been centering. Sharing and listening to the experiences of others gives me a more contemplative reaction to my environment.
I have enjoyed being shown how to tie the ethereal and philosophic to the grounded and mundane, helping to create meaning in all actions.
Community. Structure. Understanding.”

Depends who you ask. We view a men’s group as a space where guys can come together to be seen and heard, to receive and offer support and accountability, and to progress through life together.
This is about growth and leveling up. Being in connection with others is how we evolved and an unfortunate consequence of modernity is that men are more disconnected than at any other point in history.
This is an opportunity to regain connection, expand your self-awareness, and to form lifelong connections with other guys.

Men’s mental health is stigmatized and misunderstood. As men grow older, things like career, family, and responsibilities of life take over. In general, men, who tend to struggle in forming and maintaining relationships, get lonelier across time.
Loneliness increases risk of death from all causes; and men account for 75% of completed suicides.Today, men are more lonely and isolated than ever, do not know how to ask for help, and are desperately looking for meaning, connection, and to be of service to others.
We’re passionate about men’s groups because we care about changing these statistics. -
Groups meet weekly for an hour. We take turns sharing whatever it is from our lives that feels relevant to share. Sometimes there is a topic, a book we are reading together, or a theme has emerged within the group that is meaningful to spend time on.
We also try to meetup several times a year for in-person retreats or ‘growth weekends’. We disconnect from technology and the consumer world, and reconnect with our natural humanity.

Are you a man? If yes, then this is for you.
You may be the sort of person who wants more from life and would like to tap into your potential to grow and become a more evolved human being. You might feel worn out from trying to manage things all on your own, and of having to ‘be a man’ in a culture that doesn’t teach or practice healthy masculinity. Maybe you just want some friends.Whoever you are and whatever you’re going through makes you a perfect ft for this space.

We believe in the power of mind melding. An individual’s unique experience and knowledge, when shared within groups, can be powerful for everyone involved. We come together to support, problem solve, gain insight, and to live more consciously.
Apes together strong.

These groups are not a substitute for individual psychotherapy or group therapy. However, it is likely that the experience will be therapeutic.
Ultimately, the group spirit or identity is decided and shaped by the members of the group and the events happening in their lives. We have covered topics and issues ranging from communication, grief and loss, relationships, spirituality, book clubs, meaning, masculinity, health, and habits. -
